Indicative Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supporting and liaising with the hotel General Manager in meeting&nbsp;the organization’s strategic goals.</li><li>Support Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and operating results.</li><li>Support all stakeholders in the monthly Dynamic Forecast process.</li><li>Defining and applying controlling policies per corporate policy and ensure compliance with Group's financial standards.</li><li>Verify financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate.</li><li>Prepare management reports on time and ensure delivery deadlines.</li><li>Implement effectively and control all accounting and reporting policies and procedures.</li><li>Assist proactively with cost control requirements and policies.</li><li>Assist with profit improvement opportunities for hotel operations, monitor and improve operation costs.</li><li>Work with Financial Controller in identifying areas for improved efficiency in financial processes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Work with Financial Controller to create efficiencies and automatization within the daily processes for controlling and P&amp;L reporting.</li><li>Monitor and improve hotel's operation costs and profitability and manage business risks.</li><li>Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.</li><li>Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.</li><li>Assists in internal audit processes.</li><li>Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.</li><li>Participating in any additional and/or special projects as requested by the Financial Controller.</li></ul> RequirementsQualifications:<ul><li>BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Qualified Charted Accountant (CA) credentials or equivalent will be considered as a plus.</li><li>Speaks and writes Greek and English fluently and has excellent communication skills.</li><li>Min. 2 years of professional training gained up to property-based as Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Cost Controller.</li><li>Critical thinking, analytical skills and very well-organised.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ideally, working knowledge of back offices or accounting systems, preferably Softone.</li><li>Preferably USA LI trained, ideally by its 11th version.</li><li>Desired hands-on experience in F&amp;B and/or income auditor.</li><li>Financial/business decision-making skills.</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li> </li><li>Competitive salary remuneration.</li><li>Benefits &amp; Bonuses.</li><li>Career development in a fast-paced, growing work environment.</li><li>Training opportunities.</li><li>Daily meals during hotel operations.</li><li>Full year job.</li><li>Friendly work environment.</li></ul>Send us your application and be part of our team!
