The role reports to the Head of Business, Finance and Forensics Audit.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Participate in internal audit assignments focusing mostly on financial as well as operational and compliance risks in conformance with Group Internal Audit mandate and Global Internal Audit standards.</li><li>Develop and execute testing procedures across financial operations domains to assess the adequate design and operational effectiveness of internal controls, ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GAAP, IFRS) and industry’s best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Document audit findings, propose value adding recommendations and remediation action plans to mitigate risks and validate their timely and appropriate implementation through the performance of follow-up reviews.</li><li>Participate in special assignments (e.g. advisory, fact-finding reviews, etc.) as deemed necessary by Management and the Audit Committee.</li><li>Draft clear and concise internal audit reports.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments to identify high-risk areas and prioritize audits accordingly</li><li>Work with various departments to improve business processes and internal controls’ framework.</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields</li><li>Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, Risk Management or other related fields will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum six (6) years experience in the field of Internal or External Audit, Accounting and/or Financial Controlling including at least two (2) years as team leader.</li><li>Experience with Global Internal Audit Standards and auditing standards (GAAP, IFRS) will be considered an asset</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems</li><li>Accountability, results orientation, and problem-solving&nbsp;skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Planning, organization, documentation and presentation skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and individually.</li><li>Flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking</li><li>An innovative thinker and detail oriented</li></ul>
