Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installs, configures and troubleshoots laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets, storage systems and network devices (hardware, operating systems and software applications).</li><li>Monitors IT systems’ performance and ensures system availability and reliability.</li><li>Performs system and network updates/upgrades.</li><li>Maintains IT security and backup solutions.</li><li>Is responsible to ensure Master’s and Chief Engineer’s familiarization on company’s IT systems.</li><li>Travels on board for maintenance or troubleshooting reasons, whenever required.</li><li>Handles invoices’ checking, reconciliation, processing and filing for all vendors and technical / solution&nbsp;suppliers (office communications, vessels’ satellite and mobile communications, ICT equipment,&nbsp;procurement).</li></ul>Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any similar field.</li><li>Post-graduate studies in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Experience in shipping and knowledge of ships automation systems will be considered an asset.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>

Vessels IT Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation, Electrical, or Pneumatic Engineer with strong expertise in the marine sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of marine systems, including control systems, automation, and pneumatic mechanisms. This role is strategically important in maintaining operational excellence and compliance, while serving as a vital link between ship and shore.
