You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing various risks (financial and non-financial i.e., strategic, operational, regulatory compliance, etc.), developing risk management controls and contingency plans, and communicating recommendations to the Company’s&nbsp;and Group’s management. What you‘ll do:<ul><li>Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.</li><li>Support in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management process to ensure proper identification, assessment, monitoring, and treatment of risks across the organization.</li><li>Participate in the annual assessments: Preparation of workshops for the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) / Internal Control System (ICS) assessments in order to reassess existing risks and the internal control environment, as well as to identify new emerging risks.</li><li>Ensure the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the Company’s RCSA Risk Register and Internal Control System (ICS) Repository, including project management across departments.</li><li>Support the development and update of the Risk Appetite Framework to ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Contribute in the design, implementation, and monitoring of risk metrics (e.g. Key Risk Indicators) to detect shifts in the risk profile.</li><li>Oversee the maintenance of the Company’s Policy Register, ensuring updates are considered by all Departments.</li><li>Support the Outsourcing Risk assessments for new agreements with third party providers and up-to-date maintenance of the Company’s Outsourcing Register in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements: Review BCM arrangements, update Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and run BCP testing for the Risk &amp; Governance Unit.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation and enhancement of internal and external risk reporting packages, tailored to various stakeholders (e.g. Senior Management, Board of Directors, Bank of Greece).</li><li>Promote a risk-aware culture throughout the organization via initiatives such as training sessions, risk awareness campaigns, and collaboration with business units.</li><li>Monitor developments and best practices in Enterprise Risk Management, as well as trends and emerging risks in industries relevant to the Company’s operations.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to the business for risk &amp; governance issues.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your life @ DH Pay<ul><li>You will be a part of a fast-growing multinational company, member of the Delivery Hero SE, with the opportunity to acquire new skills and grow professionally.</li><li>Moreover, you will have the opportunity to function in an established, yet creative and fun working environment with people who are genuine, ambitious and participate in a team that its highest goal is to maintain DH Pay the ideal workplace</li><li> </li><li>Hungry enough to join us?&nbsp;</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.</li><li>Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of proven professional experience in Risk Management or in a relevant role, preferably in a multinational environment (Proven experience in Big4, Banking institution or Fintech industry will be considered an asset).</li><li>Professional Risk Management certification will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Enhanced understanding of the financial institutions’ regulatory requirements (PSD2, EBA Guidelines,) and internal governance arrangements</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.</li><li>Advanced computer skills in MS Office.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and analytical thinking.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and be results-oriented.</li><li>Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Ambition to work in a dynamic, fast paced work environment with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Demonstrate integrity and professional ethics.</li><li> </li></ul>
