We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related duties. The ideal candidate has gained experience in HR processes, is organized, and can handle various administrative tasks on time.This is a chance to be part of a rapidly growing team in a company that is changing the food delivery landscape and be able to influence, execute, and see the impact of your work at the end of the day.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Be responsible for implementing and monitoring the “Digital Card Project”. Oversee the project's smooth operation and make recommendations for improvements to the “Digital Card Application”, according to the emerging needs.</li><li>Collaborate and guide internal teams and stakeholders regarding the “Digital Card Project”, to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations</li><li>Collect and assist in the preparation of payroll data on a monthly basis</li><li>Provide guidance to HR Admins</li><li>Provide support and respond to employees regarding HR-related inquiries</li><li>Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliance</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports upon requests</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations role</li><li>BSc preferably in Accounting or Human Resources</li><li>Advanced knowledge of labor laws</li><li>Hands-on experience with an HR Software (Workday knowledge will be considered a plus)</li><li>High level of attention to detail and numerical literacy</li><li>Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize</li><li>Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills</li><li>People-oriented personality, approachable, good listener</li><li>Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door. HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Administrator to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related issues.
