The successful candidate will support the reservation team in the daily operation, for the continuous reception and registration of hotels reservations in the Property Management System.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Processing reservations by e-mail, telephone or web platforms.</li><li>Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.</li><li>Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.</li><li>Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.</li><li>Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.</li><li>Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.</li><li>Selling and promoting reservation services.</li><li>Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.</li><li>Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages such as upgraded accommodations.</li><li>Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.</li><li>Archive and filing of all the reservations related records</li><li>Updating PMS with reservations received by the internet or via tour operator.</li><li>Close cooperation with the Sales Department for revenue and availability related issues.</li><li>Other reservations department related activity as per the company’s requirements</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Higher Education Degree</li><li>Experience working in reservations or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office suite.</li><li>Full knowledge of English and German language (knowledge of additional language will be appreciated).</li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Customer-service experience.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Data entry experience.</li></ul>In the context of the above position, the company offers:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Professional development opportunities in an ever-growing Group.</li><li>Continuous training in line with the company’s standards &amp; dynamic development</li><li>Positive and supportive working environment in an organization that respects its people, the environment and local communities.</li></ul>For all applications and information submitted, absolute confidentiality will be maintained.&nbsp;
