Ως Barman / Barmaid, θα είσαι η ψυχή του bar και ένας από τους βασικούς λόγους που οι επισκέπτες μας θυμούνται την εμπειρία τους. Με κάθε cocktail, κάθε χαμόγελο και κάθε συζήτηση, συμβάλλεις στη δημιουργία στιγμών φιλοξενίας που ξεχωρίζουν. Ο ρόλος σου συνδυάζει τεχνική, επικοινωνία και ρυθμό — ισορροπώντας ανάμεσα στην ποιότητα, την ταχύτητα και τη ζεστή εξυπηρέτηση.Η ζωή πίσω από το μπαρΚάθε βάρδια έχει τον δικό της παλμό. Υπάρχουν στιγμές ροής — τα ποτήρια γεμίζουν, οι παραγγελίες «τρέχουν» και η ομάδα λειτουργεί σαν ένα. Μέσα σε αυτό το περιβάλλον, εσύ είσαι αυτός/ή που κρατά την ενέργεια ψηλά, τον χώρο οργανωμένο και την εμπειρία αυθεντική.Τι θα κάνετε<ul><li>Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες με φιλική και επαγγελματική προσέγγιση</li><li>Προετοιμάζεις και σερβίρεις αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ποτά σύμφωνα με συνταγές και προτιμήσεις</li><li>Διαχειρίζεσαι παραγγελίες και συναλλαγές μέσω POS με ακρίβεια</li><li>Προτείνεις cocktails, κρασιά και ποτά βάσει γεύσεων και διάθεσης των επισκεπτών</li><li>Διασφαλίζεις ότι το bar παραμένει καθαρό, οργανωμένο και πλήρως εφοδιασμένο</li><li>Τηρείς όλους τους κανόνες υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και υπεύθυνης κατανάλωσης αλκοόλ</li><li>Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα για ομαλή λειτουργία και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση</li></ul>Η μοναδικότητα σου είναι ευπρόσδεκτηΠιστεύουμε ότι οι καλύτεροι bartenders δεν μετριούνται μόνο στις συνταγές — αλλά στην ικανότητά τους να διαβάζουν τον επισκέπτη, να δημιουργούν ατμόσφαιρα και να προσφέρουν εμπειρία. Bar Person

Our restaurant and bar area require an energetic, professional staff member who has an excellent track record in hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced service environment. The focus is on professionalism and providing a superior customer experience. The ideal candidates must possess in depth knowledge about Food &amp; Beverage in addition to superior customer relations skills. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with guests and ability to lead a team.Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive attitude.</li><li>Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant.</li><li>Manage the reservations and shift team. Organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.</li><li>Focus on service quality as well as economic/cost targets.</li><li>Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff.</li><li>Maintain ambience of restaurant – lighting, music, cleanliness, hygiene.</li><li>Oversee and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints.</li><li>Advise guests on menus &amp; beverage choices.</li><li>Check and deal with guests Special Occasion arrangements (e.g. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Honeymoons, Weddings).</li><li>Promote special In-House events (e.g. Winemakers Dinners, Cocktails, Tasting sessions).</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Hospitality education will be appreciated.</li><li>Experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 star luxury hotels.</li><li>A genuine interest and understanding in food and drink – wine and cocktail knowledge is essential.</li><li>Fluency in English.
