Transportation Services: Operate an 8-seated golf cart to transport guests within the resort premises. Follow a designated route and make stops at specified areas, ensuring timely and safe transportation.Guest Interaction: Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, assisting with boarding, and disembarking, and answering any questions they may have. Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Relay important information about the resort, events, and activities to guests during transportation.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations while operating the golf cart. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other resort employees to ensure seamless guest experience. Assist with other duties as needed during periods of low transportation demand.Qualifications &amp; ExperienceProven&nbsp;experience in a guest service-oriented role.Valid driving license.
