The Paintshop Coordinator assists with the multi-shift day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the product shipments meet the customer’s schedule.&nbsp; Ensures that company policies and procedures are adhered to within manufacturing operations. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supports the operation of the powder coating process for metal objects.</li><li>Assists in following operational procedures and contributes suggestions for improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>&nbsp; Provides daily coordination and guidance to Paintshop staff and supports their training and development.</li><li>Monitors the chemical pre-treatment process and ensures correct handling of materials under supervision.</li><li>Assists with handling, preparing, and replenishing solutions (acids and other liquids) according to established procedures.</li><li>&nbsp;Performs routine quality checks and assists with final product measurements.</li><li>Contributes to capacity and resource planning by providing data and observations to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensures work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintains a high standard of work and supports others in doing the same.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in powder coating of metal objects (metal structures, doors, etc.) or relevant industrial experience.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and support colleagues.</li><li>&nbsp;Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop within the role.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Advanced English knowledge (oral and written)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and EPR Systems (preferably SAP)</li><li>Ability to work on rotating shifts.</li></ul>

The Mechanical Engineer – Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing shift-based production activities in the Machine Shop. The role ensures that manufactured components meet design specifications, supervises and supports staff, coordinates schedules, addresses equipment and process issues, and contributes to continuous improvement of workflows and quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. &nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise Machine Shop Team Leaders and machine operators to ensure components are produced according to design specifications.</li><li>Organize and monitor the shift schedule and act as a technical advisor to Team Leaders.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors of other departments to resolve production flow issues.</li><li>Evaluate the performance of subordinate employees.</li><li>Conduct time studies and cost analysis to support process optimization.</li><li>Ensure all documentation (production drawings, BOMs, production orders) is accurate, up to date, and properly understood by the team.</li><li>Address equipment needs and follows up on maintenance or repair requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve in-process production issues.</li><li>Train new employees and assist in facility layout improvements and workflow optimization.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering&nbsp;is required (Polytechnic School).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably machine shop)</li><li>Knowledge of sheet metal and solid-part processing equipment.</li><li>Excellent command of English (oral and written).</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is considered a plus.</li><li>Ability to work on rotating shifts.</li></ul>
