We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our office administration team, focusing on delivering high-quality administrative and client-facing support. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating communications, and supporting internal teams, while working closely with clients and staff to ensure efficient daily operations and a welcoming professional environment. The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Perform varied secretarial duties and administrative responsibilities</li><li>Screen and respond to telephone calls</li><li>Manage email correspondence as required.</li><li>Create and organize back-up material and required equipment (formatting, binding, printing)</li><li>Maintain communication with suppliers</li><li>Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and maintain excellent client interaction</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):<ul><li>A flexible, multitasker, detail-oriented and positive professional</li><li>1-5 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in business studies</li><li>Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>A Fluent English and Greek speaker</li><li>Someone with excellent organizational skills and team working skills</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
