This role sits within Deel’s Global Payroll product group and focuses on fintech connectivity between payroll operations and fintech systems. You will work on products that enable accurate, transparent and scalable money movement by preparing and connecting global payroll data, to fintech processes all around the world.Payroll Fintech Connectivity is responsible for the financial orchestration layer that sits between payroll engines, invoicing systems and payments infrastructure. This includes how payroll data is exposed, enriched and consumed to support complex funding flows, invoice adjustments, reconciliations and real-time visibility for internal teams and customers.This is a Principal Product Manager role operating in a highly cross-functional environment. As a Business Analyst at Relational, you will be responsible for gathering, eliciting, and documenting requirements in the form of Functional Specification documents. You will participate in designing, developing, and testing workflows and business rules using Relational’s platform, MITOS, to deliver modern, large-scale enterprise software solutions for our customers. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team of diverse competencies and seniority levels, working in an Agile-inspired environment. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with Product Owners, the Development Team, Support Team, Quality Assurance Team, and customer representatives to manage the full product lifecycle. We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to take ownership of the stability, performance, and evolution of the Sirvis eCommerce marketplace platform and its related digital services. You will design end-to-end solutions across business, application, data, and infrastructure layers, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise architecture principles.Reporting to the Platform Architect, you will execute platform direction and standards, and support roadmap definition and delivery. You will translate business goals into pragmatic designs and solution options that drive speed, quality, and security.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Collaborate with the product team and business partners to capture requirements and translate them into high level solution designs. Escalate platform level decisions promptly.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• University Degree in computer science or equivalent.• 3+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering for e-commerce or marketplace platforms, B2B or B2C.• Hands-on experience as a developer, consultant, or similar delivery role within the past 7 years.• Proven experience in architecture principles using SOA patterns &amp; TOGAF frameworks or similar.• Product experience &amp; hands-on in SAP e-Commerce Platform, Spartacus and SAP S4 ERP backend or any similar technology.• Certification in SAP CX products such as SAP CCV2 , CPI (BTP) or equivalent is recommended.• Understand different integration patterns of REST, ODATA, SOAP, GraphQL and have proven experience in abstracting data &amp; processes through a re-usable API architecture.• Understand hosting models using hybrid architecture models - on-premise &amp; cloud solutions (Azure, AWS,…) using IaaS, Paas, SaaS and their impact on the product lifecycle• Agile delivery experience with scaled frameworks. Strong CI/CD and DevSecOps experience. Experience with the Scaled Agile framework will be considered an advantage.• Hands on development background in modern languages and web technologies.• Strong communication and influencing skills.
