As our Front Desk Officer your main objective is to provide excellent customer service by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring smooth communication and administrative support within the organization. You will be reporting to the Office Manager.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Provide administrative support to staff for daily office needs.</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.</li><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.</li><li>Administer the company’s info email inbox and ensure timely responses.</li><li>Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for staff when required.</li><li>Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.</li><li>Assist in organizing internal meetings and company events.</li><li>Perform basic record-keeping and filing tasks as needed.</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a corporate environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Fully computer literate: competent to an intermediate level in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint &amp; Outlook) – certification considered an asset.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanour, attention to detail.</li><li>Experience working in an international, multicultural environment considered an asset.</li></ul>You have more to offer?
