At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Kids for All Seasons Coordinator for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract).What You Will Do<ul><li>Plan and execute safe, fun-filled and educational daily scheduled programs for guests ranging in ages from 4 to 12.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Arrange for food from In Villa Dining as required by guests.  Assist with the service.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the resort.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Promote and up sell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Execute the tasks of a Water Sports, Kid’s Club, or Health Club Attendant as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Adhere to all corporate core standards in execution of programming.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with supervisor to ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in handling guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Kids Club Coordinator and Recreation Management well-informed of action and follow-up&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Provide personalized service for all VIP’s and SA guests on a daily basis.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Participate fully in all departmental training as outlined by your manager and as per the Departmental Annual Training Plan to master all tasks and skills related to the Standard Operating Procedures for your position. Kids for All Seasons Coordinator (Season 2026)

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. Kids for All Seasons Supervisor (Seasonal) REQ10366436

Sunsail is recruiting flotilla kids activity coordinators to work in Greece on our one-week flotilla routes for peak season. The successful candidate will be part of the flotilla lead crew coordinating activities for children aged 5-17 years old.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company.
