Pilot Beach Resort is the pioneer of Tourism in the area of Georgioupoli in Chania.With over 30 years of operations, is established in the European market with many International awards.The resort spans an area of 150 hectares, between the beach and the mountains.450 rooms in 9 different categories with 4 restaurants, 2 bars, SPA, conference center and sports facilities.Over 350 employees seize the opportunity to work in a pleasant, professional environment with opportunities to develop.<ul><li>Collaborate with all hotel departments, such as housekeeping, front desk, butlers, and management to ensure a thorough knowledge of each department's running and the equipment in their sections.</li><li>Respond actively to requests from guests and other members of staff who report maintenance requirements throughout the hotel.</li><li>Provide regular inspections of various equipment such as, swimming pools and their pumps, pipes, and filters, safety apparatus such as handrails, and stairwells.</li><li>Liaise with external contractors such as lift repairs to ensure that contracts are in place for the hotel and liaise with those contracts to complete repairs as and when required.</li><li>Fix issues around the hotel such as broken tiles, loose handrails, dirty swimming pool, leaking pipes, faulted air conditioning units, etc.</li><li>Maintain a proper and on-time service schedule for hotel heating and air conditioning equipment, including AC units, water heaters, and boilers.</li><li>Supervise the maintenance team and conduct regular performance reviews to address concerns.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times.</li></ul>

On Premise Sales Specialist - Musketeer

As a Submarine Cable Station Engineer, you will be focused on managing submarine cable systems and facilities at the Tympaki Station in Crete, Greece, ensuring operational readiness and customer service quality. The role involves supervision, incident management, and collaboration across various teams (Station Staff Cable Noc, Station customers, Submarine, Deployment &amp; Operations teams) to maintain network stability and support submarine cable operations. More specifically: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Supervision and manage of submarine equipment in the Cable Stations-Station routines. Attend incidences when on call. Being able to Manage, support, maintain and control the NOC when need and the cable station equipments. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Supervision and manage the facilities in the station to detect any malfunction and prevent outages for the submarine equipment . Coordinate and assist for maintenance periodical operations of the facilities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain knowledge and experience of the various aspects of the submarine equipment management.
