We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer for the Construction of the Student Halls in Crete to join our team.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage the Quality Control (QC) team and program</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain QC policies, procedures, and standards</li><li>Execute the three phases of control, including submittal review and approval, testing and required QC certifications and documentation</li><li>Coordinate inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications</li><li>Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to address quality issues</li><li>Prepare quality reports for management and regulatory authorities</li><li>Lead training initiatives to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the team</li><li>Develop and maintain inspection and testing protocols</li></ul>Job Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or a related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry in quality control, with a minimum of 2 years in a QC Manager position</li><li>Experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance and sustainability</li><li>Excellent command of MS-Office Suite and project management software</li><li>Knowledge of construction codes and standards, as well as relevant regulations</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document deficiencies</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li></ul>The Company offers:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members</li></ul>We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact footprint:<ul><li>We contribute to Greece's green transition!</li><li>We support Greek suppliers!</li><li>We achieve near-total recycling.
