The role exists to provide leadership and strategic direction to project teams and ensure successful project delivery aligned with company goals.The job is based at Kastelli in Crete.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets</li><li>Coordinate between all project stakeholders including site teams, subcontractors, clients, and authorities</li><li>Oversees procurement and resource allocation to ensure project requirements are met efficiently</li><li>Monitor project progress, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies to keep projects on track</li><li>Reviews and approve project deliverables, including reports, plans, and documentation</li><li>Lead project meetings and communicate updates to senior management and clients</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>At least 8 years professional experience at Project Management in construction field, including in energy projects</li><li>PMP or other related Certification is considered a plus</li><li>Ability to manage technical teams of all categories</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety and airport fuel system standards</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li></ul>
