International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S.A. is currently looking for a: Project Planner We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Junior Project Planner to support the planning and execution of projects, with a strong focus on project planning, reporting and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining project schedules and reports, using Microsoft Project and other tools to monitor timelines and deliverables. This role is suited for someone who thrives on keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring projects remain on track through clear, data-driven communication. Responsibilities<ul><li>Creates, updates and maintains comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for internal stakeholders and senior management.</li><li>Supports the development of project plans and schedules using MS Project, including milestones, dependencies and critical paths.</li><li>Tracks project performance against timelines and baselines and assesses alternative corrective actions scenarios.</li><li>Coordinates with project teams to collect status updates and converts them into actionable reporting outputs.</li><li>Identifies delays or variances and flags risks early through proactive monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Assists in preparing content for project reviews, steering committees, and post-project evaluations.</li><li>Maintains consistent documentation and reporting in alignment with the Company’s Corporate Division’s standards.</li><li>Participates in project meetings, ensuring accurate recording of key decisions, action items and follow-ups.</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather input and supports project execution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Experience in project coordination or junior project management role with a clear reporting component</li><li>Experience in generating project status reports, dashboards, or executive summaries</li><li>Familiarity with project reporting tools like Power BI, MS PowerPoint or SharePoint</li><li>Knowledge of other project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)</li></ul>Competencies<ul><li>Experience in a corporate or cross-functional project environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines</li></ul>
