We’re currently looking for a Customer Management Specialist based in Heraklion, Crete to join our fantastic team!In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including one of the largest retail chains in the area. Your daily routine will include visiting existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities.To succeed, you’ll negotiate contracts, act as the link between our company and the customer, and analyze sales data to plan your visits effectively - daily, monthly, and quarterly.You’ll work toward both quantitative and qualitative targets, ensuring our brands are well represented in stores according to marketing guidelines. We are looking for a Cobalt Banking Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the management and coordination of the tasks related to serving the Branch's affluent/high-net worth customers (Cobalt) regarding the sale of deposit, investment, lending and bancassurance products, in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
