We’re currently in search of a talented and resourceful:PAYROLL &amp; HR OPERATIONS SPECIALISTResponsibilities of the Role:<ul><li>Run the full payroll process cycle (including data collection, organization &amp; administration).</li><li>Gather information regarding employee payroll changes, such as sick leaves, overtime, etc.</li><li>Ensure calculations and filings fully comply with laws and payroll/HR standards.</li><li>&nbsp;Manage the hiring/termination process and prepare necessary forms.</li><li>Enter data into payroll, administrative databases, and software programs.</li><li>Administer employee benefits (private medical insurance plan, fuel cards, meal tickets, etc.).</li><li>&nbsp;Handle public authorities’ tasks (Ergani platform, Sepenet, etc.).</li><li>Provide administrative assistance and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties.</li><li>Leverage digital technology capabilities to simplify the HR workflows, propose ways to improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization, and enhance employee experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.</li><li>Master’s degree in HR will be considered as a strong plus.</li><li>Over years&nbsp;of experience in an organized HR department, ideally in a payroll role.</li><li>Knowledge of employment law, contracts management, operations, and shifts management.</li><li>Robust skills in data analytics and Systems thinking (analyze and recognize how a system's constituent parts interrelate and how sub-systems work within the context of larger systems).</li><li>Agility in learning new technological tools and systems when needed.</li><li>Additional knowledge of digital tools will be considered a plus.</li><li>Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.</li><li>Inherent interpersonal and communication skills, ethical principles, and cultural awareness.</li><li>Self-motivated and resourceful, with problem-solving aptitude.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).</li></ul>&nbsp;Our company offers: &nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive compensation package (incl. performance Yearly Bonus and non-monetary Benefits and Perks)</li><li>Life &amp; Medical Insurance</li><li>Strong training, career development prospects, and growth</li><li>Modern, human-centric, and friendly working environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Kindly note that due to the large volume of applications we are receiving, we will only contact candidates whose profiles solely correspond to the job requirements listed above.&nbsp;All applications are considered strictly confidential.

PAYROLL & HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are searching to hire a&nbsp;Project Support Engineer, in order to take on the Thalis’ projects coordination and execution in Phaistos.&nbsp;<h2>What you need to stand out</h2><ul><li>University degree in Engineering</li><li>Master’s degree will be considered an asset</li><li>3–5 year experience in construction of environmental projects</li><li>Experience in public sector construction projects</li><li>Good command of the English language, written and verbal</li><li>Experienced in using the Ace Erp (Εργολήπτης) Software will be considered an asset</li><li>Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD</li><li>Familization with materials and equipment integrated in environmental projects (pipes, valves, pumps etc)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Accountability and detail-orientation</li><li>Team playing approach and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders from all the hierarchical levels</li></ul><h2>During your day you will</h2><ul><li>Collaborate with external design office, supplying technical guidelines in main design aspects and equipment selection during preparation of final plant design documents.</li><li>Ensure that selected technical solutions and equipment, comply with project contract.</li><li>Support Thalis on site team with technical advice, whenever is required, during construction and start-up phase.</li><li>Proceed with market research to identify the most suitable suppliers, to provide the projects with the required raw materials and equipment</li><li>Communicate with equipment suppliers – manufacturers for technical clarifications on offered equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement function to cover projects’ needs</li><li>Proceed with orders on approved contracts and fulfill the order cycle in collaboration with the Procurement Section and the warehouse</li><li>Monitor vendors’ contracts related with the project, proceeding with their progress supervision</li><li>Support Plant Project Manager in coordination of project activities and relevant schedules, ensuring the timeline and budget compliance</li><li>Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project, working with the project team to develop risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Support Plant Project Manager on Tracking and reporting project’s performance using appropriate tools and techniques, based on pre-defined set of KPIs</li><li>Maintain and manage projects documentation, records, expenses and files</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
