The SAP Product Configuration Expert analyze business requirements, configure systems per approved designs, document specifications, and execute testing to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. They ensure stability, compliance, and data integrity while specializing in specific SAP modules.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Configure SAP S/4HANA Credit Management components such as (Credit Control Areas, Credit Risk Categories, Credit Limits,….) and 3rd party add-ons / integrated components according to approved design documents.• Analyze business requirements and support fit-to-standard and gap analysis to ensure process harmonization across plants, warehouses, and procurement units.• Prepare functional for WRICEF objects in collaboration with technical and integration teams.• Execute unit testing and actively support integration testing and UAT.• Develop and maintain master data templates for customers, credit control areas, risk categories, and credit limit profiles, along with process documentation.• Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across business units and shared service environments.• Provide Level 3 production support, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• 3+ years SAP S/4 HANA configuration experience in relevant domain.• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements.• Skilled in mapping and analyzing business processes.• Hands-on (business, functional and technical) design, configuration, testing, and go-live experience with SAP implementation projects• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation• University degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience• High level of learning agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.• English language proficiency• Knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area is a plus.ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company. He/She ensures long-term solution stability, maintainability, compliance and data integrity according to the CCH landscape &amp; standards. SAP Functional Product Configuration Experts have expertise in specific SAP modules and carry out module-specific activities.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Analyze business requirements and convert into functional/technical specifications, including effort estimation, resulting in simplification and standardization, in collaboration with product configuration leaders and responsible architects• Collaborate with Product Configuration Leaders and Solution Architects in the preparation of detailed design for prioritized business capabilities and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), aligned with Platform Architecture, Enterprise technology and integration roadmaps.• Carry out configuration and customization, in line with agreed architecture and, where needed, in collaboration with developers• Support Product manager throughout E2E Product lifecycle - from conception to retirement - regarding business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery &amp; maintenance aspects• Prepare technical and functional documentation of the Product with quality and in time• Resolve Level 3 (L3) incidents within SLA; ensure system availability and business continuity as per target• Test scenarios/cases based on user stories and NDFs defined and documented; Candidates for test automation established and automated. Targeted results achieved for all types of testing consistently and with no delay• Support Product manager throughout E2E Product lifecycle - from conception to retirement - regarding business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery &amp; maintenance aspects; support backlog prioritization and effort estimation• Features/user stories well documented and following SAFE principles &amp; EA guidelines/ best practices• Consistency of master data, transactional data ensured across systems in line with reporting needs• Integration across Products and between technology components conforms to best architecture practices and serves the business process needs• UI/UX solution aspects aligned with an expert/vendor, with product owner and Business stakeholders as well as Countries; A/B testing when appropriate• All quality gates passed with demonstrated end-to-end quality engineering mindset; timely corrective actions carried out where applicable; no compliance findings• Regular and reliable releases to production achieved along best practices of DevSecOps, and with no business disruption• Delivery of best-in-class product capabilities, innovations, usability &amp; performance on time and in budget, with architecture validated system sizing and sprint/PI effort estimationARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• Expert functional knowledge in the respective SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Solutions, including business process understanding in the particular area• Competency in analyzing business requirements and ability to design business solutions accordingly• Experience with configuration and customizing of respective Solutions, testing, end-user support, go-live preparation and support; understanding of ABAP coding and change impact analysis• Very good knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area• Skilled in mapping and analysing business processes• Aware of best practices around data exchange, data consistency and reporting• Technical background on how various components are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, mobile etc.), incl. public cloud implications• Hands-on configuration, testing, and support experience with SAP implementation projects in complex multinational environments, with various market specifics throughout EMEA• Knowledgeable of development and interface specification• Aware of project management practices, esp.
