More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducts daily inspections of the building and facilities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of systems such as central air conditioning, boiler room, ventilation, and water pumps.</li><li>Possesses strong knowledge of fire safety procedures and equipment.</li><li>Has excellent knowledge of daily pool maintenance, including pH and chemical monitoring and cleaning.</li><li>Monitors pending maintenance tasks and breakdowns on a daily basis.</li><li>Maintains a detailed breakdown and maintenance log.</li><li>Monitors and manages maintenance inventory, ensuring proper organization of tools and spare parts.</li><li>Leads, coordinates and supports the maintenance team to ensure smooth daily operations and high performance.</li><li>Supervises and oversees the work performed by external contractors on site.</li><li>Prepares monthly and annual reports and recommends preventive and corrective maintenance work to be carried out.</li><li>Implements preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and operating costs.</li><li>Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations for all building systems.</li><li>Participates in the preparation and implementation of the annual maintenance budget.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry</li><li>Knowledge of English language</li><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent technical school.</li><li>Understanding and following industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Ability to deal effectively with emergency situations, problem solving and effective communication skills</li></ul>BenefitsAt Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
