More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and control food &amp; beverage costs across all outlets.</li><li>Perform recipe costing and ensure accurate pricing of items.</li><li>Conduct stock counts and cash/quantity audits in F&amp;B and retail outlets.</li><li>Track sales performance, including special events and staff incentives.</li><li>Input and manage data in POS/ERP systems (e.g., Micros).</li><li>Prepare and issue monthly cost and performance reports.</li><li>Ensure accurate registration and management of Micros and maison cards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in F&amp;B cost control or hospitality finance.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of POS/ERP systems is an asset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Benefits&nbsp;At Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment. Cost Controller

More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.</li><li>Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and applications.</li><li>Manage user accounts, emails, and Microsoft 365 services.</li><li>Support PMS and POS systems (Opera, Simphony).</li><li>Configure and maintain Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot IT issues for staff and guests (computers, mobile devices, connectivity).</li><li>Maintain IT inventory and ensure regular system backups.</li><li>Collaborate with external vendors and provide helpdesk support to local and remote users.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to optimizing IT operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Passion for Technology:&nbsp;Love for the field and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.</li><li>Language Skills:&nbsp;Good knowledge of the English language.</li><li>Technical Skills:&nbsp;Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and troubleshooting, including diagnosing and repairing UPS and VoIP.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
