HR INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY- GREECE (4214)

1. Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc requests.2. Support in HR initiatives and projects, contributing to process improvement.3. Active involvement in Employee Experience initiatives, supporting communication, events, and company culture actions.4. Assist the preparation of employment documentation, such as employment certificates, recommendation letters, and social security confirmations, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.5. Assist the daily monitoring of the Digital Work Card, including the implementation of all legal obligations related to overtimes, schedule changes, and work patterns.6. Support the monitoring and reporting of absences and leaves, ensuring accurate records and full compliance with labor law requirements.7. Support the maintenance of personnel records and management of HR documentation (e.g. employment files, contracts, internal databases).8. Assist with HR reporting and analytics, helping track key HR metrics (absenteeism, headcount, etc.) for management use.
