Offer seamless 24-hour dining experiences that combine convenience, privacy, and luxury, maintaining Four Seasons’ signature standards of hospitality.&nbsp;About the Role&nbsp; At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged In-Room Dining Coordinator to join our team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). You will ensure guests receive timely, accurate, and highly personalized in-room dining service, including special requests, private bar orders, and complementary amenities.&nbsp;What You Will Do&nbsp;<ul><li>Take guest in-room dining orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Answer telephones courteously, provide menu guidance, and describe food and beverage selections vividly.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate delivery of guest orders and amenities with Room Service Servers, ensuring timely and accurate service.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Record guest charges, gratuities, and maintain check accuracy.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and file logs of amenity deliveries, special requests, and private bar services.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Update guest profiles in Opera and maintain VIP or special request reports.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with Housekeeping and Banquets for simultaneous or special in-room deliveries.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Use HotSOS to dispatch staff to guest rooms and residential floors efficiently.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare reports using Avero and assist with payroll reporting as required.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with kitchen staff for extraordinary or off-menu requests.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Accept and manage reservations for hotel food &amp; beverage outlets using Open Table.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with phone coverage, administrative tasks, and general department support.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Comply with all Four Seasons’ Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism while on duty.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.&nbsp;</li></ul>What You Bring&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in in-room dining, food &amp; beverage, or hospitality is an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive Salary and comprehensive Benefits Package.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Complimentary Employee Meals, Bus Transportation, Uniform &amp; Laundry Services.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ticket Restaurant monthly allowance of €100.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Complimentary Nights at Four Seasons Hotels &amp; Resorts globally.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Employee Recognition Program.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for Global Travel through Task Forces and Transfers.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Access to Four Seasons global Training &amp; Development programs.&nbsp;</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Hours&nbsp;<ul><li>Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Schedule is flexible and may change weekly according to business needs.&nbsp;</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing impeccable in-room dining experiences in a world-class hospitality environment and want to be part of a highly skilled team, we want to hear from you!&nbsp;
