As a valued member of our client engagement project teams, you will be pivotal in spearheading key work streams and working with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees. Key responsibilities will include;<ul><li>Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streams</li><li>Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals and solutions design as well as participating in client business development meetings</li><li>Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, and performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence or environmental sustainability</li><li>Actively engage with clients through meetings and interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement practical solutions</li><li>Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements</li><li>Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOS</li><li>Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.</li></ul>This role is home-based in Greece but will require frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week. Health & Safety Senior Consultant

As a Manager with HSE, Process Safety Management and/or Asset Integrity experience in a consulting environment, your role is managing operational risk management focussed projects and advising decision-makers on how to improve their operational risk management:<ul><li>You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.</li><li>You will manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety challenges by analysing a range of metrics and observations, and create, communicate and implement solutions for a broad range of industrial clients</li><li>You will be trusted to work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs</li><li>You will develop your own and your team’s work plans, mobilizing the team to deliver effectively</li><li>You will work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client</li><li>You will manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.</li></ul>Job requirementsWho are you today?Beyond that, be yourself. Above all, we are an inclusive culture in which everyone contributes and has the chance to develop their talents further.You will bring scientific rigor seeking to translate results into concrete and economically viable implementation:<ul><li>You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering / HSE</li><li>You have 6-10 years of experience in consulting with previous exposure to HSE, process safety management and/or asset integrity projects</li><li>You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives</li><li>You are able to manage complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements</li><li>You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters, and are able to leverage it externally (guiding clients, creating points of view, etc.)</li><li>You are bilingual or native in Greek and English (a third European language is a significant advantage)</li><li>You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
