Is responsible for&nbsp;the repair and maintenance of all the&nbsp;resorts&nbsp;fixtures related to plumbing works (e.g.&nbsp;Boilers, LP’s (Land Pits).&nbsp;Pipeline&nbsp;leaks, Drainage&nbsp;pipeline&nbsp;block, Hydrant, and Villa issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Repair and maintenance plumbing all works.&nbsp;</li><li>Monthly cleaning all land pits&nbsp;</li><li>Everyday clean&nbsp;workshop.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily MR.’s (Maintenance Request) handling.&nbsp;</li><li>All Villas undergoing PVMP/PAM program is met within agreed acceptable&nbsp;timeline,&nbsp;this will also include public area kitchens, and staff accommodations.&nbsp;</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Professional license&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving ability.&nbsp;</li><li>Good spoken and written English.&nbsp;</li><li>Computer literate.&nbsp;</li></ul>
