Industrial Automation Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be a member of the Central Maintenance team. You will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks for all production equipment and construction/assembly of production machines or mechanisms. You will, also, be involved in machinery improvements implementation, to maximize equipment efficiency and product quality. Main Responsibilities/Tasks•&nbsp;Execute product changeovers to provide the necessary flexibility in production schedule• Perform machine adjustments and settings to maintain operational efficiency • Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure production volumes at the desired quality • Consistently conduct troubleshooting and repair of down equipment to root cause of failure in a timely and efficient manner&nbsp;• Cooperates with other departments to secure the continuous and effective operation of the production equipment • Analyze problem process constraints and propose methods and solutions for the minimization or elimination of them• Initiate continuous improvement activities and be member of cross functional teams to improve productivity and yield enhancement • Arranging and controlling special maintenance fixtures, fittings, or components • Plans the required resources (parts or/and other maintenance staff) to restore the breakdowns of the production machines at the shortest possible time• Comply with health, safety and environmental rules in accordance with company's policy and prescribed procedures Qualifications• Technical school or Technical Institute Degree in Mechanical discipline• Certified with minimum Maintenance Mechanical license (Technical)• 2 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in industrial field• Adequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)• PC literacy (i.e., MS Office, Windchill)• Able to work in shifts Preferred qualifications • Basic automation systems knowledge (pneumatic, hydraulics, etc.) • Prior experience in machine assembly, installation, and commissioning• Prior experience in machine tools such as lathe machine, milling machine or surface gridding machine • Knowledge on Maintenance monitoring software such as COSWIN Other skills• Problem-solving• Teamwork• Drive for results • Attention to detail • Communication skills

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

PROCESS EXPERT - ELECTRICAL

In this role you will manage and execute all process validation activities in accordance and compliance to the GSC Group Quality standards, policies, established quality criteria and technical constraints/specifications.&nbsp;Main responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Manages and supervises the Acceptance activities for all Processes during delivery from Industrialization or external suppliers (locally or globally) at the final production site.</li><li>Performs audits at all Machines prior to their release in Production and provides guidance to other sites to support their respective delivery.</li><li>Defines, Manages and Reviews all Process Acceptance protocols.</li><li>Leads the prototype phases of all MPCRs concerning process changes in production.</li><li>Leads the process validations of all Machine upgrades from the Maintenance department.</li><li>Leads the process assemblies needed for mold validations, PCR prototype phase validations, and NP validations.</li><li>Authorizes the release to production of all new procesess.</li><li>Close co-operation on product quality issues with all relative functions and plants.</li><li>Work closely with all the stakeholders including the Project Managers, Engineering, Industrialization and Maintenance department providing guidance and supervision to all validation related activities.</li><li>Lead and/or assist in thorough investigation and root cause analysis of process issues and effective corrective and/or preventative actions to ensure compliance with established Quality objectives and regulations.</li><li>Support all the respective validation documentation according to the ISO 9000 &amp; ISO 17025 approved standards.</li><li>Participate in the weekly tasks’ planning from the overall validation planning update.</li><li>Keep up with technical developments.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Technical School or Technical Institute Degree in Engineering will be considered as an asset</li><li>Up to 3 years of working experience in a similar position will be considered as a plus</li><li>Advanced knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)</li><li>MS Excel / MS Power Point knowledge and data processing experience</li><li>Collaboration and communication skills</li><li>Engineering and data analytics mindset</li><li>Time management and ability to work on a few projects simultaneously</li><li>Analytical skills, ability to investigate route cause</li></ul>

Process Validation Engineer
