Ο ρόλος αυτός λειτουργεί συνήθως σε βάρδιες και απαιτεί ισχυρό υπόβαθρο σε ηλεκτρικά και συστήματα αυτοματισμού. Η θέση αναφέρεται στον Facilities Maintenance Manager.Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Συμμετέχει στην Προληπτική συντήρηση / αναβάθμιση / βελτίωση στα μηχανήματα συσκευασίας, συμπίεσης (Compressing), επικάλυψης (coating), Παραγωγής και Utilities</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Παρεμβαίνει άμεσα στις καθημερινές δυσλειτουργίες – βλάβες των ηλεκτρολογικών εγκαταστάσεων του εργοστασίου και τις επισκευάζει (Root Cause Analysis) με τρόπο που αποκαθιστά την αποτελεσματική και ασφαλή λειτουργία τους</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Συνεργάζεται με τους Μηχανικούς της Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας σε σχέση με τις εργασίες που πρέπει να εκτελεστούν</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Δυνατότητα σχεδίασης και κατασκευής νέων συστημάτων, φιλικών προς τον χρήστη, με αντίστοιχη δυνατότητα εκπαίδευσης προτείνοντας τρόπους εκσυγχρονισμού ηλεκτρικών και ηλεκτρονικών εγκαταστάσεων (CAPA -Corrective Action Preventive Action)</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Παρακολουθεί την απογραφή του ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Συνεργάζεται με τις υπεύθυνες ομάδες Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθαριότητα των ηλεκτρολογικών πινάκων, του υποσταθμού καθώς και όλων των ηλεκτρικών – ηλεκτρονικών εγκαταστάσεων του εργοστασίου.</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Συμπληρώνει αναλυτικά τα απαραίτητα έντυπα τεκμηρίωσης της εργασίας που υλοποιεί (Logbook μηχανών) και στα έντυπα Προληπτικής Συντήρησης.</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Συμπληρώνει τις εργασίες αποκατάστασης βλαβών μηχανών και προληπτικών συντηρήσεων στο πρόγραμμα ERP της Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας (Coswin)</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ακολουθεί και συμμορφώνεται με τις καλές πρακτικές (GxP), το Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας, τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις, τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες, τις εταιρικές κατευθύνσεις, τον κώδικα εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης , τις διαδικασίες και καλές πρακτικές Υγιεινής Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος (EHS) και κάθε κανόνα και πολιτική της εταιρείας, και συμμετέχει ενεργά σε προτάσεις για τη βελτίωσή τους.</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Διασφαλίζει&nbsp; και προστατεύει σε κάθε ενέργεια την ακεραιότητα δεδομένων</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Πτυχίο Ανώτερης Σχολής ( ΤΕΙ Ηλεκτρολογίας)</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Τουλάχιστον 3 - 5 χρόνια εμπειρία στη βιομηχανία</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον Φαρμακευτικό κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί προσόν</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Γνώση Αγγλικών, Γνώση MS Office, χρήση Υπολογιστή</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Γνώση PLC, INVERTER και αυτοματισμού</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ομαδικό πνεύμα και πνεύμα συνεργασίας</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε CMMS ιδανικά Coswin/Nomad θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα</li><li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Η εξοικείωση με τους κανόνες GMP αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα</li></ul>
