Senior Accounting & External Reporting Analyst

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing service accounts by building strong customer relationships and delivering proactive and reactive support. The role focuses on enhancing customer value, reducing cancellations, and driving growth in service sales across all business lines (O, T, MOD/BEX R). Account Manager

Ensures high-quality maintenance and the overall efficiency of the warehouses by leading all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across building infrastructure and mechanical/electrical systems. Supervises the maintenance team and ensures high standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency, while securing uninterrupted operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.What you will focus on&nbsp;<ul><li>Supervise the warehouse maintenance team (internal &amp; external) to ensure effective teamwork and smooth operations.</li><li>Lead preventive and corrective maintenance across building infrastructure and mechanical/electrical systems, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.</li><li>Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.</li><li>Oversee maintenance and emergency repair budgets, monitor asset performance and records, while keeping stakeholders informed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, serving as the primary contact during audits and inspections.</li><li>Coordinate recovery efforts during emergencies or unexpected events to restore operations swiftly.</li><li>Continuously review and improve maintenance strategies and processes to maximize efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Provide improvement recommendations from both the user and maintenance perspectives.</li></ul>What you bring&nbsp;<ul><li>At least 7 years of experience in maintenance management.</li><li>Proven experience in warehouse or industrial facility maintenance, preferably within the Retail FMCG sector.</li><li>BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
