Percassi is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as&nbsp;Visual Merchandisers&nbsp;(Part-time position) for our Nike Store in Athens (Mall of Athens).&nbsp;What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Be responsible for the store image ensuring that it is attractive and commercial</li><li>Apply the VM company standards and guidelines</li><li>Perform store changes in a fast and orderly manner</li><li>Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows &amp; indoor</li><li>Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments</li><li>Continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties</li><li>Determine additional commercial opportunities in the store</li><li>Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, celebrating victories as a team.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>At least 1-year previous experience in visual merchandising principles applied in retail</li><li>Remain up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customers’ needs</li><li>Possess customer centric approach with proven results creating a great customer experience in a VM role</li><li>Flexibility and Adaptability</li><li>Prioritization skills with orientation in detail</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, within strict deadlines and short notice</li><li>Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek and English.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Training Programs:&nbsp;Embark on a journey of continuous growth with our initial training course and ongoing skill development sessions.</li><li>Career Advancement Opportunities:&nbsp;Seize the potential for career growth within our company.</li></ul>&nbsp;Ready to elevate your career?
