Experience great&nbsp;flexibility&nbsp;under&nbsp;our hybrid&nbsp;operating model&nbsp;across our offices in&nbsp;Athens,&nbsp;Patras, Thessaloniki and Crete&nbsp;and contribute to building a better working world.&nbsp;The opportunityWe are looking for a Microsoft Security Engineer with strong experience across the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security ecosystem, focusing primarily on Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.&nbsp;Your key responsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize Microsoft Defender solutions, including:<ul><li>Defender for Endpoint</li><li>Defender for Office 365</li><li>Defender for Identity</li><li>Defender for Cloud</li></ul>Implement and manage Microsoft Purview capabilities:<ul><li>Information Protection / Sensitivity Labeling</li><li>Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across Microsoft 365 workloads</li></ul>Define and enforce security policies across:<ul><li>Exchange Online</li><li>SharePoint Online</li><li>OneDrive</li><li>Microsoft Teams</li></ul>Participate in security assessments, hardening activities, and compliance initiativesCollaborate with IT, Cloud, and Identity teams to deliver end‑to‑end security solutionsProduce clear technical documentation for architecture, configurations, and security decisions&nbsp;Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Defender (Microsoft 365 Defender stack)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Ideally, you will also have:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience with:<ul><li>Microsoft Purview Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels)</li><li>Microsoft Purview DLP</li><li>Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 security model</li><li>Experience in security policy design and implementation</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) from a security perspective</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical security controls</li></ul><ul><li>High‑level understanding of what Sentinel is, what it does, and when it is used is sufficient</li><li>Considered a plus</li><li>Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC‑200, SC‑300, SC‑400, MS‑500)</li><li>Experience in hybrid (on‑prem &amp; cloud) environments</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer you &nbsp;Ability to Shape your Future with Confidence by:<ul><li>Developing your professional growth:<ul><li>You'll have unlimited access to educational platforms, EY Badges and EY Degrees, alongside support for certifications.
