We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who'll drive excellence in our hiring processes and foster the high-performance culture in our recruitment team.You will work closely with leadership to increase talent density across the organization, and you'll coach and grow a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding results.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals</li><li>Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company</li><li>Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density</li><li>Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges, etc.</li><li>Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics</li><li>Personally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searches</li><li>Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. You will work closely with Talent, Payroll team and non-Talent functions &nbsp;to keep our data accurate, our processes compliant, and our people well‑served.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your key responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Employee lifecycle administration: prepare and maintain employment records, contracts/annexes, and HR files; support onboarding and offboarding logistics (documents, checklists, HRIS updates).</li><li>HRIS &amp; data accuracy: enter and validate employee data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors), run routine reports, and resolve data discrepancies.</li><li>Time, leave &amp; benefits support: track absences and leaves, liaise with employees and managers, and coordinate with vendors where needed.</li><li>Compliance &amp; labor administration (Greece): prepare and submit mandatory notifications via PS ERGANI support audits and document retention in line with local labor law and internal policies.</li><li>Employee queries: act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing timely, clear guidance with a service mindset.</li><li>Data privacy: handle personal data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with GDPR and internal security policies.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success&nbsp;Required&nbsp;<ul><li>1–2 years of hands‑on experience in HR Operations/HR Administration in Greece.</li><li>Working knowledge of PS ERGANI and related employment notifications.</li><li>Familiarity with Greek labor law basics and standard HR documentation.</li><li>Experience with an HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills .</li><li>Excellent English and Greek written and verbal communication.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Exposure to payroll processes (inputs/controls) and e‑EFKA coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, with a focus on SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offerWe offer you the ability to Shape your Future with Confidence by:<ul><li>Developing your professional growth:<ul><li>You'll have unlimited access to educational platforms, EY Badges and EY Degrees, alongside support for certifications.
