Part of our Galley team on our River vessels, the Executive Chef is managing the Galley Department to ensure high-quality food service and maintaining an efficient administration system while creating a guest-oriented service culture to increase revenue and profitability, and providing excellent guest service by supervising and coaching the galley team.
