The VAS Assurance Associate Engineer is responsible for providing 1st level support and troubleshooting for Value-Added Services (VAS) within the mobile domain, as well as for the Prepay platform. This role focuses on resolving technical and commercial trouble tickets while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the services delivered to Vodafone customers.&nbsp;The successful candidate will proactively escalate and manage issues that may impact service performance, ensuring their availability, stability, and quality. This position requires strong technical coordination and effective communication with internal teams, Customer Operations and Experience units, roaming partners, and third-party service providers. &nbsp;&nbsp;More specifically you will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Troubleshoot technical and commercial customer complaints within the defined scope areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle incidents by acting as the Service Desk for network-related issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform daily operational activities related to the provisioning of prepaid and value-added services (VAS).&nbsp;</li><li>Execute and monitor work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the development, enhancement, and smooth operation of mobile services.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and deliver reports to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Self-motivation, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and an innovative mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines under pressure, and actively contribute to a collaborative team culture.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or computer systems (preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.&nbsp;</li><li>Fundamental understanding and practical experience with network technologies such as GSM, SS7, LTE, and 5G.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, including VBA, Shell scripting, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with CRM systems &amp; LLM-based scripting is nice to have</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? VAS Assurance Associate Engineer

Packet Core Network is a part of Mobile Network Architecture responsible for providing data services to mobile users/devices. The most popular data service is "Access to Internet". Packet Core Network Engineer is responsible for design, planning, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Packet Core Network.What you will do:<ul><li>Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve/escalate problems concerning customer complains as part of 2nd and 3rd level support process.</li><li>Co-ordinate with Vendors the proper handling of Trouble reports within SLAs, for any issue/problem occurs.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation for day2day operation and maintenance as well as Project related activities.</li><li>Implement changes /upgrades through change management process in all EPC elements, ensuring minimal risks regarding the service to the end-customer.&nbsp;</li><li>Engineer in the role will participate in standby scheme providing 2nd level support to relevant systems/platforms in 24x7 basis. Ensure system’s operational continuity in case of emergency incidents.</li></ul>It would be great if you have:<ul><li>University degree related with Telecommunications, IT or similar technical fields.&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of Mobile Core Concepts, EPC, 4/5G architecture &amp; IP Networks</li><li>2 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Experience in working with Ericsson EPC is strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Competence in NFV and Telco Cloud will be considered a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Administration of Linux based systems</li><li>Able to analyze problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication, writing and team building skills.
