TITAN Greece has an exciting opportunity for an International Payroll &amp; HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team, reporting to the Rewards &amp; HR operations manager and based at our Athens Headquarters. The role focuses on international payroll &nbsp;coordination, employee benefits administration, HR operations and coordination with external providers across multiple countries for Group Corporate Center (GCC) entities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax Advisors and external partners.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with payroll providers, manage payroll changes and support payroll payments</li><li>Collect, validate, and process all payroll-related changes, including hires, terminations, allowances, bonuses, per diem expenses, deductions, insurance funds and taxes</li><li>Collaborate with Finance on payroll accounting entries and balance confirmations</li><li>Monitor and support labor cost and headcount budgeting processes</li><li>Manage employee contracts for international hires based in Greece</li><li>Coordinate with external providers on labor legislation requirements and employment-related regulatory matters across different countries</li><li>Coordinate with payroll providers for the issuance of annual employment certificates</li><li>Ensure the timely preparation and coordination of internal and external audit requirements and requests</li><li>Support the development of new partnerships</li><li>Monitor and validate provider invoicing and related documentation</li><li>Manage group insurance plans and pension programs</li><li>Coordinate with insurance brokers and external advisors</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, contracts and benefits-related matters</li><li>Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Tax Advisors and external stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with Group HR to ensure alignment and implementation of common policies and procedures across the entities managed from Greece</li><li>Prepare and support ad hoc reporting requirements related to GCC employees</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field</li><li>4+ years of previous experience in payroll administration and HR operations within an international environment</li><li>Good understanding of payroll processes, labor legislation and employee benefits within an international environment</li><li>Experience in coordinating with external payroll providers and stakeholders</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel</li><li>Experience with HRIS and payroll systems will be considered an asset</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package and benefits</li><li>Private medical insurance and pension plan</li><li>Exposure to international HR and payroll operations</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities</li><li>A collaborative and people-focused working environment</li></ul>&nbsp;
