Deloitte’s&nbsp;Forensic &amp; Financial Crime&nbsp;team helps organizations to efficiently predict and detect fraud incidents and react quickly and confidently in a crisis, investigation or dispute. We work with clients to help with complex problems and investigations, providing clarity, insight and solutions.Your role as a Manager will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.&nbsp;During your tenure as a Manager you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:• Lead and manage complex forensic engagements, including fraud investigations, misconduct reviews, and dispute/litigation support matters • Encourage teams to collaborate within and across functions, proactively building connections with digital forensics, legal, and audit specialists • Understand client and organizational objectives and take personal accountability for aligning investigative strategy and delivery • Plan and execute forensic reviews and fact-finding procedures using appropriate investigative and analytical methodologies, while ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines • Lead interviews and evidence-gathering procedures with professionalism and investigative rigor • Produce clear, defensible forensic reports, providing valuable insights, suitable for clients, legal counsel, regulators, and courts • Oversee forensic data collection and work closely with digital forensics teams on email review, eDiscovery, and data analytics • Handle confidential and high-risk matters with a continuous focus on ethics, quality, risk management, and independence requirements • Present investigation findings and remediation recommendations to senior management, legal counsels, and boards • Identify, measure, and help mitigate the impact of fraud and other business threats using advanced forensic and analytical techniques • Lead, coach, and develop forensic teams, ensuring investigative rigor and high performance • Contribute to forensic practice growth by supporting proposals, identifying client needs, and enhancing methodologies and tools#WinningRequirementsTo qualify for the role, you must have:• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in: &nbsp;- Fraud Investigations and/or Forensic Accounting and/or Disputes &amp; Litigation Support Services preferably within a professional services firm or &nbsp;- External Audit and/or Accounting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis in an eminent firm/organization • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines • Master’s Degree in the above fields and/or in Forensics, or External Audit would be considered a plus • Professional Certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFE, or similar are strongly preferred • Strong technical skills, including solid knowledge of IFRS and forensic methodologies • Demonstrated ability to exercise professional judgement in sensitive investigative environments • Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to produce defensible expert-level deliverables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the English &amp; Greek language • High level of discretion when handling confidential and high-risk information • Strong organizational and engagement management skills • Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and team leadership skills • Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable&nbsp;#AboutDeloitteOur servicesDeloitte offers Global professional services that include Audit, Risk Advisory, Tax, Consulting and Financial Advisory.
