As a Platform Architect for Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and robust SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP that integrate seamlessly with our manufacturing processes leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, operations, to ensure the successful deployment and operation of Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance systems in align with Cyber Security and IT architecture. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architectural blueprint for Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry best practice and engage in risk assessment and mitigation.• Scalability: Ensure Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance solutions are scalable to accommodate future growth and technological advancements• Security: Implement robust security measures to protect Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance systems and data, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.• Strategic View: Provide strategic direction, roadmap and standards within area of responsibility, align with business strategies, Cyber Security and IT/OT architecture and get the necessary alignment and support from business stakeholders• Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, operations and external business partners (e.g. technology suppliers and OEM’s) to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful execution. Lead the cross functional alignment needed when big architectural decisions are made in-line with Enterprise Architecture principles and strategic directions• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Smart Manufacturing technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our platform.• Creates a roadmap &amp; supports the definition of strategic direction for technologies that enables business driven technology solutions with Product Managers and Enterprise Architecture. Assesses all available solutions to ensure that they are aligned with the strategic directions and fit for purpose, considering the development, customization, integration and maintenance of the technology solutions.• Integration: Design and implement integration solutions of various systems with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance architecture, design decisions, implementation details and provide guidelines in automation.• Identification of enabler Epics for sub-platforms, technology, security and interfaces and ensures capacity allocation for enablers to maintain the architecture runway ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?•&nbsp;Education:&nbsp;Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.•&nbsp;Experience:&nbsp;Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform architecture from an international or manufacturing organization with deep knowledge on manufacturing &amp; maintenance business processes preferable in FMCG. Experience from implementation/realization of IT products and services, including project management and product life cycle management.•&nbsp;Technical Skills:&nbsp;Proficiency in Smart Manufacturing technologies, including SAP S/4HANA PP; PM; Batch Management; Production Execution, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid on-premise/cloud designs, experience with integrating Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors, automation / OT solutions (e.g. MES, PLC systems, SCADA) into manufacturing systems and network infrastructure in different types of industrial process especially in FMCG.• Strong FMCG business process awareness &amp; industry-specific solutions knowledge in the one of the functional areas (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industry 4.0 systems) proficiency in at least one of the sub-areas listed•&nbsp;Security Knowledge:&nbsp;Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including NIST and Zero Trust architecture. Cloud solutions/ SAP Solutions.•&nbsp;Problem-Solving:&nbsp;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing &amp; maintenance systems.•&nbsp;Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.•&nbsp;Certifications:&nbsp;Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect , international standards like ANSI/ISA95) are a plus.• Strong consultancy skills, knowledge and experience with New Business Functionality projects• Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration• Strong communication and influencing skills• Fluent in written and verbal English Preferred Skills:• Experience with machine learning and data analytics in Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance context.• Knowledge of Manufacturing &amp; Maintenance processes and systems, including ERP.• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies. Platform Architect - Manufacturing & Maintenance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Excellence &amp; QHSSE Auditor to join our team!&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will</h2><ul><li>Audit the production, storage, QC and distribution systems and facilities for energy products (conventional fuels and new/alternative fuels such as Hydrogen, SAF, biofuels).</li><li>Review technical risks and operational controls in power generation and storage facilities</li><li>Asses risk control, stock control and operational optimization measures across the MOH supply chain</li><li>Evaluate project planning, construction, commissioning, start-up and shut-down procedures for fuel and energy systems.</li><li>Review the effectiveness of safety-critical elements, barriers, and safeguards in place to manage QHSSE risks.</li><li>Identify gaps and weaknesses, prepares clear, concise audit reports with risk-based findings and value-adding recommendations and tracks implementation progress</li><li>Engage with stakeholders across operations, engineering, maintenance and HSSE functions through audit and consulting work</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related field.</li><li>Master’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Reliability Engineering or Risk Management will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in oil &amp; gas, energy or utilities sector, with at least 3 years in operational integrity or operational support roles</li><li>Exposure to safety, QC, regulatory, or commissioning audits of new energy systems, hydrogen, renewables, or low-carbon fuels is highly desirable</li><li>Strong understanding of operational realities of fuel supply and distribution</li><li>Experience with QHSSE Management System implementation and regulatory compliance</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and report-writing abilities both in Greek and in English</li><li>Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively</li><li>Familiarity with information systems, SAP, digital audit tools (e.g. TeamMate+ or equivalent Audit Management) are considered a plus</li><li>Experience in delivering training or presentations on technical and audit topics</li><li>Accountability, adaptability &amp; agility</li><li></li></ul>
