<ul><li>Responsible for the lifecycle of the assigned platform(s)<ul><li>Research for the technologies, tools and technical solutions that are most suited for the development and improvement of our platform applications</li><li>Participate and apply best practices on the research, development, testing, deployment and monitoring phases of the lifecycle of the applications&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the orderly operation of the assigned platforms, their related initiatives and projects, and for communications between the internal teams and the platform vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for assigned platform tasks:<ul><li>Compiling operations SLAs and performance KPls</li><li>Performing capacity planning when needed</li><li>Ensuring that high availability is achieved and maintained for the related platforms</li><li>Compiling the necessary scenarios and performing the related unit tests in order to ensure that all application changes work as intended and do not introduce regressions</li><li>Managing platform related deployments</li><li>Troubleshooting applications and infrastructure resources and devising the necessary fixes along with the application vendors</li><li>Managing the daily operations of the platforms</li><li>Providing and enriching platform technical documentation</li><li>Acting as an intermediate between technology partners and vendors</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Horizontal peers<ul><li>Cooperates with other colleagues on issues and processes that require cross-functional collaboration</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Projects<ul><li>Participates in projects as a team member or leads projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and &nbsp;knowledge</li></ul></li></ul>
