We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:<ul><li>Providing administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, order processing, and coordination between departments.</li><li>Maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and customer information with accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assisting in preparing quotations, offers, and proposals for clients.</li><li>Supporting communication with customers, partners, and suppliers; handling enquiries and follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinating internal workflows to ensure the timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.</li><li>Preparing reports and sales metrics; assisting with basic analytics to support sales planning and forecasting.</li></ul>Requirements:Must-have qualifications:<ul><li>University or College Degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Coordinator, Sales Backoffice, Sales Assistant), preferably in an IT company.</li><li>Understanding of sales department procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).</li><li>Basic experience working with CRM and ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Professional business mindset.</li><li>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.</li><li>Customer-centric attitude, reliability, and discretion.</li></ul>Nice-to-have qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures.</li></ul>What We OfferAt SysteCom, youll work in a high-standard business environment alongside experienced and certified professionals.
