Currently, we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Pricing Executive, to join our team.&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Develop comprehensive pricing strategies for all products and services to optimize sales and profitability across both physical and digital sales channels</li><li>Conduct thorough analysis of external factors, including competitive pricing and market trends, alongside internal data, to guide strategic pricing decisions</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with brand positioning and business goals&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the sales &amp; operations team to ensure the effective implementation of pricing strategies across all points of sale</li><li>Utilize pricing software and analytics to identify opportunities for price adjustments and improvements</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field</li><li>Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or a related role within the retail or e-commerce industry</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Tableau, Power BI</li><li>Strong understanding of pricing strategies and their financial impact</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of retail industry trends and competitive market dynamics</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English</li></ul>Key skills/attributes:<ul><li>Communication &amp; interpersonal skills &nbsp;</li><li>Analytical thinking &amp; problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Flexibility and adaptability</li><li>Teamwork spirit and collaboration</li></ul>

Pricing Executive

As a Product Management Sr. Specialist, you'll design and enhance interactions that meet customer needs, boost satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Ready to elevate customer experiences and make a real impact?&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Supporting the execution of customer experience strategy in line with the Retail team goals</li><li>Suggesting yearly plans for new initiatives, features and journeys based on facts analysis, business goals and compliance framework&nbsp;</li><li>Proposing performance targets, KPIs, and supports daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and experience</li><li>Assessing market and customer insights to drive actionable improvements and supporting the development of product content, mechanics and payouts</li><li>Developing and monitoring analytical reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions</li><li>Collaborating with marketing teams to shape campaigns and GTM plans that elevate customer experience</li><li>Performing market visits to review how commercial actions are translated to customer experience</li><li>Suggesting CRM tactics and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and enhance brand experience</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field.
