Newrest Hellas, a leading name in catering and inflight services in Greece, is looking for a Cook specialized in Chinese cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team in Spata, near the Athens International Airport.If you take pride in your cooking, love precision and teamwork, and want to bring your skills into a large-scale, organized production environment, this opportunity is for you.Your Role:<ul><li>Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes with care, ensuring flavor, presentation, and consistency.</li><li>Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with the kitchen team and production supervisors to meet daily goals.</li><li>Keep your workstation organized and contribute to the smooth flow of the kitchen.</li><li>Bring creativity and attention to detail to every dish you make.</li></ul>Profile<ul><li>Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on kitchen experience.</li><li>At least 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (restaurant, catering, or hotel).</li><li>Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.</li><li>Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.</li><li>Good level of English (Greek will be considered a plus).</li><li>Previous experience in airline catering or large kitchen production will be valued.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Full-time position (5 working days per week, 8-hour morning shift).</li><li>Competitive salary and transportation allowance.</li><li>Free daily meals (breakfast &amp; lunch) in the staff restaurant.</li><li>A safe, supportive, and multicultural workplace within an international group.</li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow within the global Newrest network.</li></ul>
