We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.&nbsp;<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>We are looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist who will be responsible for provision of enhancements/modifications to MORE’s Operating Model to ensure Organizational Effectiveness and Operational Excellence. Also part of this role is the design of a robust Performance Management Framework (i.e. KPIs, Dashboards, Management Reports etc.)<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Identify key organizational and effectiveness pain points</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Design and propose initiatives for continuously improving MORE’s Operating Model, from an Organizational Effectiveness &amp; Operational Excellence point of view. More specifically:</li></ul>&nbsp;<ol><li>Provide insight for the design/ optimization of the organizational and business model, to ensure adequate segregation of duties and clear ownership/accountability of tasks within MORE’s Departments&nbsp;</li><li>Advises on the design and monitors the implementation of internal procedures and processes</li><li>Identify inter-departmental dependencies and leads the development/revision of the respective policies/processes to optimize efficiency of co-operation and minimize coordination risks&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze business requirements in relation to digital transformation</li></ol>&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist in the assessment of partnerships (e.g. JDAs) and updates on progress</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Support post-merger integration projects and leads multiple work streams regarding operational excellence</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Design and propose sets of KPIs and other Business Metrics, establishing the escalation mechanism to ensure proper reporting of KPIs results in collaboration with Business Units and IT</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Support organization and coordination for the transition of projects from their planning and development phase to execution&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Participate in the implementation of the Transformation initiatives related to Operational &amp; Organizational Excellence&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance</li><li>Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Management (STEM)&nbsp;discipline will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 3 years of broad-view experience of corporate operations, and&nbsp;transformation projects&nbsp;in the&nbsp;Energy and/or Utilities sector, or&nbsp;within&nbsp;a consulting company&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Project Management</li><li>Deep understanding of energy market trends and operational drivers, new business models&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong Project Management skills</li><li>Strategic thinking and sound ability to plan ahead&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Analytical skills and problem-solving ability &nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
