We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer&nbsp;to support the construction supervision of high-pressure natural gas projects. The role involves on-site supervision, quality control, and monitoring of contractor performance, ensuring that all works are executed in full compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable legislation while&nbsp;is suitable for experienced engineers with a strong background in Oil &amp; Gas infrastructure, particularly in medium- and high-pressure natural gas networks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise construction activities and monitor the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures by Construction Contractors, in accordance with the approved Project Quality Plan.</li><li>Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor the implementation of corrective actions by Contractors.</li><li>Verify that Contractors execute their contractual works in accordance with approved schedules and within interim and overall project deadlines, and review any proposed schedule modifications.</li><li>Review Daily Progress Reports and participate in regular weekly coordination meetings with Contractors.</li><li>Perform the minimum required inspection program per activity, as defined in the Technical Specifications.</li><li>Maintain the Project Logbook and a comprehensive photographic archive throughout the project execution period.</li><li>Monitor and confirm Contractor compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) obligations in accordance with applicable legislation.</li><li>Verify proper management, availability, storage, and protection of materials, as well as implementation of required site safety signage.</li><li>Participate in the preparation of monthly progress and supervision reports submitted to the Client.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical etc.) or equivalent degree from a recognized foreign institution.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including: At least 6 years in Oil &amp; Gas projects, and At least 1 year of experience in construction supervision of natural gas projects, demonstrating involvement in supervision and/or construction of medium- and/or high-pressure gas networks.</li><li>Mandatory registration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) or an equivalent professional body abroad.</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction supervision procedures, QA/QC processes, and HSE requirements in Oil &amp; Gas projects.</li><li>High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work effectively on site.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Opportunity to work on one of the country’s most significant and technically demanding projects.</li><li>Professional development within a leading engineering &amp; consulting environment.</li><li>Collaborative and high-performance project team.</li></ul>

Intellectica is recruiting a Project Engineer on behalf of its client, a leading provider of specialized engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. Known for its commitment to technical excellence, operational reliability, and client-focused delivery, the company is expanding its project team to support a growing pipeline of complex international projects. The Project Engineer shall play a critical role in coordinating activities between onshore teams, offshore operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
