This position concerns support related to the development, implementation and maintenance of Hellenic Cables Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14064 in all premises/plants and providing support to other companies withing the group.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Define and document the organisation’s processes/ procedures and update the existing processes/ procedures,</li><li>Monitor the action plan/ status of the findings from internal audits, supplier audits, external audits e.g. from customers and certification bodies, and make sure corrective actions are put in place,</li><li>Support the preparation of the Management Review,</li><li>Analyse the non-conformances/incidents, review the corrective/preventive actions,</li><li>Analyse the complaints and issue complaint reports to the suppliers,</li><li>Support the customer satisfaction surveys implementation, the analysis and monitor the improvement plans,</li><li>Support risks assessments,</li><li>Provide quality assurance/health &amp; safety/environment/risk documentation support to tenders,</li><li>Train the personnel to the Integrated Management System and maintain the training material,</li><li>Prepare and conduct internal audits</li><li>Prepare and conduct 2nd party audits (e.g. to suppliers)</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Engineering degree combined with a minimum of 5 year experience in Management Systems,</li><li>Experience as Auditor in ISO Management Systems, indicatively in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards and other international standards,</li><li>Experience in ISO 27001 &amp; ISO 22301 is considered a great asset,</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills are needed, together with a high degree organizational and communication abilities, and comfortable with working in a diverse and multinational team environment,</li><li>Experience in presentations building,</li><li>Availability to travel abroad (on average 20% of total working time)</li><li>Fluency in English language</li><li>Driving licence cat.B&nbsp;is much preferable</li></ul>The Company Offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>Α unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health lnsurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>

ISO MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ENGINEER (2443)

Intellectica is recruiting a&nbsp;Project Coordinator&nbsp;on behalf of its client, a leading provider of specialized engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. Known for its commitment to technical excellence, operational reliability, and client-focused delivery, the company is expanding its project team to support a growing pipeline of complex international projects. The Project Coordinator shall play a critical role in coordinating activities between onshore teams, offshore operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Based in Attiki, Greece – with international travel to global project sites for up to 4-6 months per year – the successful candidate shall report directly to the assigned Project Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and offshore personnel throughout project lifecycles.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Supporting the Project Manager in developing detailed action plans, schedules, and resource allocations across project phases</li><li>Drafting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Execution Plans, Method Statements, and Technical Reports</li><li>Collaborating closely with engineering departments to gather required inputs for geotechnical, cable installation, and survey documentation</li><li>Reviewing and validating engineering studies to ensure alignment with project goals and standards</li><li>Monitoring project progress using action trackers and daily diaries, and flagging risks or deviations early</li><li>Coordinating communications with internal stakeholders (e.g., HSE, Engineering, Offshore Managers) and clients throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Attending and contributing to internal and external project meetings (e.g., Kick-off, HAZID/HAZOP)</li><li>Joining offshore teams during mobilization, execution, and demobilization phases on a rotational basis as required</li><li>Preparing and monitoring Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and reviewing logbook entries</li><li>Drafting Minutes of Meetings and maintaining accurate documentation within the company’s data management system</li><li>Participating in onboard vessel meetings and liaising actively with survey teams, Marine Superintendents, and Client Representatives</li><li>Reviewing survey results and ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements</li><li>Assisting in preparing Management of Change (MOC), Field Reports, and As-built documentation</li><li>Ensuring adherence to HSE policies, safety audits, and offshore reporting standards</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering)</li><li>2-4 years of related engineering or offshore project coordination experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting technical projects from initiation to delivery</li><li>Familiarity with offshore operations, vessel coordination, and subsea cable installation is an advantage</li><li>Understanding of risk management, QA/QC protocols, and engineering documentation standards</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, along with general MS Office applications</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong time-management and multitasking ability</li><li>Clear and confident communicator</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Collaborative and team-focused mindset</li><li>Proactive problem-solving approach</li><li>Adaptable to dynamic offshore environments</li><li>Client-centric and service-oriented attitude</li><li>Flexible to travel 4-6 months per year</li></ul>
