Job DescriptionThe Banking Solution Consultants should have experience in Retail and Corporate banking, spanning areas such as Wealth-Investment Management and Core Banking.They will interact effectively with Client executives, be a part of high performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams as well as large transformation programs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor focusing on the Agile transformation of the Banking Industry in Greece and EMEA regions. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Participate as a member of the Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand client's business objectives and system needs</li><li>Collaboration with Solutions Architects to design solutions that best meet the client's requirements</li><li>Support clients through the implementation and go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption</li><li>Work closely with the Project Leader to manage assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule</li><li>Communicate progress and expectations, escalating issues to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution</li><li>Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the Project Leader and Consulting Directors</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in consulting and/or business analysis or systems integration programs</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Experience in the European Banking industry, including knowledge of regulatory and localization requirements</li><li>Strong general consulting skills including team facilitation and business case development</li><li>Analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning</li><li>Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support</li></ul>PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance on personality profile.
