As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Product Configuration Lead (PCL) you will play a pivotal role in delivering D365 solutions that streamline the company sales and customer management processes. PCL will be responsible for providing expert-level configuration services, helping to leverage D365 CE solutions to optimize the business processes. PCL will work closely with the product team &amp; business partners to understand the business needs and transform them into technical and functional solutions.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Consulting &amp; Requirement Gathering:<ul><li>Collaborate with the product team &amp; business partners to understand the business processes and requirements.</li><li>Provide guidance on best practices for implementing D365 CE solutions.</li><li>Works in close collaboration with DevOps Team, i.e. Product Managers and Solution Architects on defining Business Specification and splitting them in Backlog Items, providing sequence and effort/Story Points estimation.</li></ul></li><li>System Implementation:<ul><li>Lead the configuration activities within the D365 CE implementation for various business processes, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).</li><li>Configure and customize D365 CE modules &amp; Mobile Apps to meet Business needs (e.g., entity, form, field, relationship design), using the best practices for cross-system requirements</li><li>Support of Developers in D365 development team to deliver the agreed scope of work</li><li>Assure usage of Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM, YAML)</li><li>Integrate D365 CE with third-party applications and legacy systems,&nbsp;where relevant and collaborate with integration teams to provide recommendations and support for configuration &amp; delivery</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that the development team encounters</li><li>Support creation of key-user and end-user training documentation and training deliveries to ensure successful adoption of D365 CE.</li><li>Ensures creation &amp; maintenance of functional documentation in Azure DevOps Wiki</li></ul></li><li>Support &amp; Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.</li><li>Suggest enhancements to improve solutions and optimize performance.</li><li>Works very closely with Solution and Platform Architects on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture.</li><li>Stay current with the emerging trends and technologies, tools, and best practices within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with business &amp; technology stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.</li><li>Provide support to the business team to plan &amp; execute change management and process improvements post-implementation.</li><li>Adopt SAFE Agile principles and foster &amp; advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle</li><li>Provide status updates, manage risks, and address any issues that arise during the product delivery lifecycle.</li></ul></li></ul>ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation projects</li><li>Proven experience in configuration of D365 Customer Engagement Apps and Mobile Apps</li><li>Experience working with one or more of the D365 CE modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.</li><li>Experience in system integration with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, PowerApps, Azure, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of D365 CE platform, including customization and configuration of Entity, Forms, Views, Business rules, Web Resources, Dashboards, Security Roles, Workflows, Relationships, Ribbon and Chart Customization.</li><li>Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).</li><li>Кnowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript or .NET.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data migration and integration tools, including Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.</li><li>Having strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and experience working in Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies.</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (or higher) preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.</li><li>FMCG Commercial business process awareness will be considered as an advantage</li></ul>
