Chinese Cuisine Cook (Spata, Attica)

Η ομάδα παραγωγής μας είναι υπεύθυνη για την καθημερινή παραγωγή της διάσημης ζύμης μας ακολουθώντας όλες τις απαιτήσεις ασφαλείας, φροντίζοντας να τηρούνται όλες οι διαδικασίες και φροντίζοντας τα πρότυπα καθαρισμού και υγιεινής (περιλαμβανομένου του καθαρισμού όλων των υλικών και του σταθμού εργασίας). Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει ενεργή συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία και παραγωγή γευμάτων υψηλής ποιότητας, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της επιχείρησης. Υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη του Executive Chef και της υπόλοιπης ομάδας, διασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της κουζίνας σε καθημερινή βάση.
