T he Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function supporting candidate onboarding. This position focuses on managing teams across EMEA (primarily Greece, Adria Region, Egypt, UK &amp; Ireland), and overseeing all onboarding activity (from offer through to hire). The manager collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Talent Acquisition Operations Manager - EMEA

As&nbsp;HR Business Partner - Manufacturing, you will work closely with the HR, Operations &amp; Payroll team, to ensure smooth HR operations, confidentiality and punctuality regarding all HR processes and policies. This position plays a key role in providing both operational and strategic human resources support to develop and coordinate programs which directly support the achievement of business objectives.
