Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organizes and coordinates the purchasing of supplies required by the Technical and Marine, Safety &amp; Quality Department, in an efficient and effective manner and based on the required specifications.</li><li>Obtains quotations from the “approved” suppliers, prepares comparison tables and submits to the Supplies Manager and the Procurement Director.</li><li>Maintains and expands the “Approved Vendors” list.</li><li>Negotiates prices, if required, and prepares the relevant evaluation forms.</li><li>Places orders in accordance with the approvals obtained and ensures that each purchase order is recorded to the electronic purchasing system and that the supply cycle operates effectively.</li><li>Cooperates with the Forwarding department for the delivery of the supplies onboard the vessel and instructs suppliers, Master and Agents accordingly.</li><li>Verifies completion of delivery and collects all supporting documentation.</li><li>Checks the relevant invoices and attaches the vessels’ confirmation of receipt for relevant supplies in order to proceed with the payment process.</li><li>Follows up until the vessel confirms that the supplies have been delivered onboard.</li><li>Creates and maintains systems, subsystems, items and the database for supplies in Navision application electronic system.</li></ul>Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Shipping.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>MS Office literacy.</li><li>Knowledge of Navision will be an asset.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>

Job Description:<ul><li>Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies.</li><li>Coordinate vessel inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships.</li><li>Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.</li><li>Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance.</li><li>Expand the maritime portfolio, playing an active role in elevating safety standards within the industry.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we're looking for:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, service coordination, or a related role.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.</li><li>A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
