In this role, you will drive the expansion of ABB’s presence in the Greek market by developing and strengthening the wholesale and partner sales network, particularly in regions with limited current coverage. Using your strong communication and relationship-building skills, you will identify new partners, activate underrepresented areas, and create new business opportunities. HVAC Sales Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Proposals Engineer&nbsp;to join our Proposals team for our M Power Projects Division within our Paiania offices.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Lead the analysis of complex customer requirements, providing strategic input to the Proposal Manager and aligning proposed solutions with client expectations and project objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and successful proposal submissions in line the established targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the development of engineering designs and technical studies required to support the proposal, ensuring technical robustness and compliance with client and regulatory standards as well identify dependencies, and risks associated with the proposed mechanical engineering solutions, and suggest risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the technical scope of tenders and of the proposed products . Senior Mechanical Proposals Engineer

As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the proper execution of utility scale PV and/or Hybrid projects on time, within budget and scope. Project management activities include schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, contracts, engineering, integration, compliance, stakeholder management throughout the execution of the projects.&nbsp;This role also includes the projects’ preliminary phase, where you will coordinate all preparation activities prior to EPC contract signing and you will support throughout negotiations with clients.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Accountable for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from design phase through completion, energisation and handover.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Create detailed project plans. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within budget. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within scope. Monitor compliance with specifications and requirements included in project contracts and other related project documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.</li><li>Ensure resource availability/allocation and technical feasibility. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the project.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders (Project Development and Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Consultants, Clients, and Authorities) on regular basis to ensure compliant project execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to the Head of EPC and other company executives and to the clients. &nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; comply with JUWI processes and standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure full compliance with the QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements applicable to the project.</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:<ul><li>University Degree in Engineering.</li><li>2 - 8 years working experience in EPC project management with overall responsibility (project cost, schedule, risk, quality and technical management and control), preferably in utility-scale Solar PV or other renewable energy field. &nbsp;</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.</li><li>Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate across levels both internally and externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience of contract management and knowledge of standard contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, etc).&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Project &amp; MS Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability of working autonomously, decision making and problem solving. &nbsp;</li><li>Team player with evident leadership qualities.</li><li>Ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate in a culturally diverse international environment.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (verbal &amp; writing).</li><li>Willing to travel frequently, locally, and internationally, according to project’s needs.&nbsp;</li></ul>You have more to offer?
